You must register a user account in order to submit a booking request. Only one user account is permitted per individual.
If eligible, you may apply for registration as a user by completing all of the information required by us on our registration page, and submitting your application for registration online.
You are responsible for the security of your user account and password, and must not provide any details that may compromise the security of your account to any other person.
By registering your interest on this website you authorise us to notify you of any new information about Spirit of Anzac Centenary Experience and when bookings are available for your region or selected venue. Registration does not guarantee the availability of or access to any number of tickets for an Spirit of Anzac Centenary Experience taking place at any time or at any particular venue. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.
Entry into any Spirit of Anzac Centenary Experience is subject to any additional conditions of entry imposed at the relevant venue.
A parent or guardian must accompany persons under the age of 16 for individual bookings. For groups of students 12 - 18 years we recommend one teacher supervisor for every 10 students.
You are responsible for all costs and expenses associated with your attendance at the Spirit of Anzac Centenary Experience and those of any children in your care.
You consent to a search of your person and possessions prior to entry and prior to your exit to and from the Spirit of Anzac Centenary Experience.
Any audio guides or equipment (such as Experience Discovery Devices) provided to you for the purposes of the Spirit of Anzac Centenary Experience remain our property and must be returned to us prior to your exit from the venue in the same condition in which they were provided to you. We will not be liable for any malfunction to any equipment.
We reserve the right to prevent your entry to or remove you or any other person from the venue for any reason that we reasonably consider necessary at our discretion including, without limitation, if you do not comply with these T&Cs or if there is any danger to any person of for any other reason.
We reserve the right to reschedule or withdraw any Spirit of Anzac Centenary Experience visit times at any venues at any time without notice to you.
You must at all times comply with all directions of our staff at Spirit of Anzac Centenary Experience venues.
Except for any liability which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by law (in which case such liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law), we and our agents exclude all liability whether arising in tort, contract or otherwise for any personal injury, loss or damage (including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss) arising in any way out of your access and/or use of this website and/or your proposed attendance, attendance or non-attendance at the Spirit of Anzac Centenary Experience.
You must indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all liabilities, damages, losses, claims, costs and expenses which we may incur as a result of your use of this website or breach of these T&Cs.
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
